Garden Cottage is located in the secluded Cotswold Stone Walled Gardens of The Cottage, Upper Castle Combe, Chippenham, Wiltshire. The 300 year old building has recently been renovated to a high standard with two twin bedrooms, bathroom and an open plan kitchen and lounge area. Castle Combe is known to be one of the prettiest villages in England and it is used for many film productions including the original Doctor Doolittle. It has two pubs, a post office, a museum (which is open from April to October on a Sunday only), and a Tea Room. The nearest town is Chippenham with many stores and supermarkets for all your needs.

|For transport and commuting Chippenham has a main line Railway Station, there is also a Bus Station and the local bus service stops outside The Cottage and will take you into Chippenham and Bath. Castle Combe is close to both Junctions 17 and 18 of the M4 Motorway for easy travelling, with Bath & Bristol only a 45 minute drive away, and many other pretty villages nearby such as Lacock and Biddestone.
Malmesbury and Tetbury are small local towns, Tetbury is where you can find Highgrove, the home of HRH the Prince of Wales. Westonbirt Arboretum (on the outskirts of Tetbury) is a place of great beauty and interest for those who like trees and long walks there are also walking trails to be found locally. Devon and London are only a 2 hour drive away when using the M4/M5 Motorways.
